Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Flaky sea salt (for sprinkling on top)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and sea salt; mix until well combined.
  4. Roll mixture into small balls (1-2 tablespoons each) and place on the prepared sheet.
  5. Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes or refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  7. Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet; sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
