  • 1½ cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup salted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 additional large egg yolk
  • 2 ounces whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup Reese's Pieces
  • ¾ cup Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons powdered milk
  • ¼ cup black cocoa powder
  • 1 (3.4oz) box instant chocolate fudge pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, whole milk, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powders, pudding mix, powdered milk, salt, and baking soda.
  4. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and yolk one at a time.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture along with the whole milk until combined. Fold in Reese's Pieces and Peanut Butter Chips.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet with space between each cookie.
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes until edges are set but centers are still soft. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
