  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup croutons, lightly crushed
  • 4 strips Turkey Bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through (165°F). Let rest before slicing.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine chopped lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and half of the Parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl.
  4. Mix sliced chicken and dressing into the salad mixture.
