Instructions

  1. Preheat a cast iron skillet over medium heat.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine peach wedges with lemon juice, maple syrup, and salt; toss to coat evenly.
  4. Melt the butter in the skillet until sizzling; add the peach mixture.
  5. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the peaches are caramelized.
