- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add granulated sugar, flour, and vanilla extract while mixing. Add eggs one at a time until just combined.
- Pour batter into the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until center is set but slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let cool inside for an hour.
