  • 10.5 ounces mini vegan marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 5.7 ounces Butterfinger candy bars (crushed)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a 9 X 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Crush the Butterfinger candy bars in a plastic bag using a rolling pin or mallet.
  3. In a non-stick pot, melt the butter over medium heat and add vegan marshmallows, stirring until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in peanut butter until fully combined.
  5. Stir in crushed Butterfingers and then add Rice Krispies, mixing until evenly coated.
  6. Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish using a greased rubber spatula.
  7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
