  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 18 fun size Butterfinger candy bars (15 crushed, 3 chopped for garnish)
  • 1 ¼ cup powdered sugar (sifted)

Instructions

  1. In an extra-large bowl, add the Rice Chex cereal.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and salted butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about 1 minute, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Drizzle the melted mixture over the cereal and gently stir to coat evenly.
  5. Fold in the crushed Butterfinger candy bars.
  6. Coat the mixture with sifted powdered sugar using a ziplock bag for even distribution.
  7. Let it dry on a baking sheet and sprinkle with chopped candy bars before serving.
