  • 3/4 cup salted butter
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 11 ounces butterscotch chips
  • 7 ounces vegan marshmallow crème
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (alcohol-free)
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • 6 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup vegan marshmallow crème
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. For the butterscotch layer, heat sugar, butter, and cream in a saucepan until melted. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and mix in butterscotch chips, vegan marshmallow crème, and vanilla extract. Pour into a parchment-lined 8×8 inch pan and freeze.
  2. For the white chocolate layer, combine sugar, butter, and cream in another saucepan until melted. Boil for 5 minutes while stirring. Mix in white chocolate chips and vegan marshmallow crème until smooth.
  3. Spread the white chocolate mixture over the chilled butterscotch layer. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set before slicing into squares.
