Ingredients
- 4 slices Center Cut Turkey Bacon
- 1 White Onion, finely diced
- 1 Poblano or Bell Pepper, finely diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 pound Turkey Breakfast Sausage
- 1 packet Chili Seasoning
- 28 oz can Fire Roasted Crushed Tomatoes
- 3–4 cups Beef Broth
Instructions
- In a Dutch oven or large pot over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until fully cooked. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same pot with remaining grease, sauté the onion and pepper for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook for another 30-60 seconds.
- Add turkey sausage, breaking apart while cooking until no longer pink.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, chili seasoning, beef broth, and chopped turkey bacon. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45-60 minutes.
