  • 4 large baked croissants (broken into small pieces)
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese (softened)
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Spread broken croissant pieces evenly in the baking dish, then layer the berries over them.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually blend in sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour the creamy mixture over the croissants and berries. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes or up to 14 hours.
  5. Remove from fridge and bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and set. Serve warm with powdered sugar or syrup if desired.
