  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until just combined. Form into 4 equal patties.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté sliced mushrooms with minced garlic until softened; season with salt and pepper.
  4. For the Thyme Feta Cream Sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, crumbled feta cheese, lemon juice, chopped thyme, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
