- ½ cup mashed banana (about one medium-large banana)
- ¼ cup butter (for frosting)
- 6 tablespoons light brown sugar (for frosting)
- 2 tablespoons milk (for frosting)
- Dash of salt (for frosting)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (for frosting)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, light brown sugar, and salt until mixed well. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and cinnamon; mix until fully combined. Stir in the mashed banana.
- Gradually add in the flour until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth out the top.
