  • 46 slices good-quality turkey
  • 8 slices gruyère or Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (for glaze)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard (for glaze)
  • 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds (for glaze)
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each croissant in half lengthwise.
  3. Layer two slices of cheese on the bottom half of each croissant, followed by turkey slices and another slice of cheese on top.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and poppy seeds for the glaze.
  5. Brush the glaze over each assembled croissant and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
