Ingredients

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Toss zucchini wedges in olive oil until coated, then roll them in the Parmesan mixture until well-coated.

- Bake for about 15 minutes until crisp; then broil for an additional 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving warm.
