Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In one bowl, mix the crumble topping ingredients: flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until small clumps form.
- In another bowl, whisk together the dry muffin ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Cream together butter and sugars until fluffy; add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients and milk alternately until just combined; gently fold in diced apples.
- Fill muffin cups three-quarters full with batter and top generously with crumble.
