- 1 medium head of broccoli
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces and add them to the marinade. Mix well and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
- While marinating, prepare the broccoli by cutting it into florets and tossing with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

- Place marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
