Ingredients
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 3 red or green apples
- 1/3 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if necessary)
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar or coconut sugar
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- Wash the apples, cut in half, and scoop out the seeds using a spoon or melon baller.
- Place apple halves skin side down in the air fryer basket and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes to soften.
