  • 3 red or green apples
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if necessary)
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Wash the apples, cut in half, and scoop out the seeds using a spoon or melon baller.
  3. Place apple halves skin side down in the air fryer basket and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes to soften.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, melted coconut oil, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well mixed.
  5. After pre-baking, fill each apple half with about 1½ tablespoons of oat mixture.
  6. Air fry again for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
